Contest Terms & Conditions
By entering, you agree to the Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older. Employees of Compassionate Kinfolk and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: Contest begins January 1, 2026 and ends March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.
How to Enter: Submit contact information for individuals who may benefit from Compassionate Kinfolk's services. Each unique contact referral constitutes one (1) entry. Duplicate referrals will not be counted. Participants may submit unlimited entries, provided each entry is a new, unique contact not previously referred by any participant.
Referral Requirements: All referred contacts must provide valid and accurate contact information. Compassionate Kinfolk reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify entries with false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $21,000. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about April 30, 2026 by Compassionate Kinfolk or its designated representative. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Privacy: By entering, participants consent to Compassionate Kinfolk contacting referred individuals for business purposes. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Compassionate Kinfolk's Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Referred contacts will be informed of the source of their referral.
Publicity Rights: By accepting the prize, winner grants Compassionate Kinfolk the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Compassionate Kinfolk reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest. Compassionate Kinfolk reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. All decisions by Compassionate Kinfolk are final and binding.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Compassionate Kinfolk, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Disputes: This contest is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
